1. Who we are and our role
Mamba G Kennels LLC is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Service. You can reach us through the in-app support channel.

- Account data — name, email address, password hash, display name, business neighborhood, and the services you offer.
- Customer relationship data you submit — information about your own clients and bookings that you enter into PackCEO (names, contact details, pets, schedules, messages, invoices, intake form responses).
- Support and communications — messages you send to us or that we send to you.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, actions taken, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used for session management, security, and basic analytics. See section 9.
- Payment-related identifiers — Stripe handles all payment data directly; we receive only transaction status, subscription identifiers, and the email used at checkout.
3. How we use personal data and our legal bases

- Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling that operate under contracts requiring appropriate data protection.
- Payment processor — Stripe — we share the information needed to process your purchase, manage your subscription, calculate and remit applicable tax, issue receipts, and handle refunds. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Professional advisers — accountants and legal counsel as required to operate our business.
- Authorities — where required by law or to enforce our rights, prevent fraud, or protect users.
- Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Privacy Notice.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the United States. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and remember your preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregated usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will impair the Service.
10. Children
