Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PackCEO subscriptions and one-time memberships sold by Mamba G Kennels LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new purchases of PackCEO Monthly and Lifetime memberships. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the in-app support channel with the email address you used at checkout. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a Monthly subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone is not a refund — to also request money back, follow the steps in section 2 within the 30-day window.

4. Outside the 30-day window

After 30 days we generally do not issue refunds for partial billing periods of monthly subscriptions, but you are welcome to contact us and we will review individual situations in good faith and in line with applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right to a refund or cancellation that you have under the laws of your country, including any applicable EU/UK consumer rights to withdraw from a distance contract.
